  • PROJECTS - Ongoing
  • WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT : CWRW has adopted the Wounded Warrior Project for 2011. The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) began when several veterans and friends, moved by stories of the first wounded service members returning home from Afghanistan and Iraq, took action to help others in need. What started as a program to provide comfort items to wounded service members has grown into a complete rehabilitative effort to assist warriors as they recover and transition back to civilian life. Further information about the Wounded Warrior Project is available from their website: http://www.supportwwp.org.
  • PIECES OF HOME : CWRW has partnered during 2010 with Burley Funeral Chapel to give the troops a little taste of home. We will continue to send packages as long as our current supplies last, but will focus on the Wounded Warrior Project during 2011. Burley Funeral Chapel has graciously supplied the box, customs form, and instructions, and paid for shipping suring 2010. A list of recommended items is available here. CWRW video here.
  • XEROX will send your "Thank You" card, free! If you go to www.LetsSayThanks.com you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and send it to a soldier that is currently serving in our military. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to a member of the armed services.
